These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to brokervs.com and the broker research, comparisons, and tools provided on it (the "Website"). The BrokerVS Team ("we", "us", or "our") is the name used by the people who operate BrokerVS. References to the Team do not describe a separately incorporated company.

Please read these Terms before using the Website. By using it, you agree to these Terms to the extent that agreement can validly be established under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Nothing here removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and should be read alongside these Terms. For questions about personal-data processing, the Privacy Policy takes precedence over any inconsistent wording here. Accepting these Terms is not consent to optional tracking or other processing that requires separate consent.

BrokerVS is an informational research and comparison website. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or trading platform. We do not open broker accounts, accept deposits or hold client funds, execute orders, or act as your agent in a transaction with a broker.

Content, scores, rankings, shortlists, opinions, and estimates are for general informational and educational purposes. They are not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a personalised suitability assessment, or a recommendation to trade or use a particular broker. Do not rely on the Website as the sole basis for a financial decision; carry out independent research and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed.

Trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), and other leveraged products involves significant risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Leverage can amplify losses as well as gains. Consider your objectives, financial circumstances, experience, and risk tolerance before acting.

Broker terms, fees, execution conditions, regulatory status, investor protections, and availability can change and may differ by country, legal entity, account type, platform, or product. The VS comparison presents broker information side by side. The Fit Engine uses the preferences you submit to generate an indicative shortlist and reasons to investigate it. These tools do not determine whether you are legally eligible to open an account or whether a broker will accept you. A match is not an endorsement or a promise of a particular outcome.

The trading cost calculator estimates costs from your assumptions. It is not a live quote or a complete statement of fees. Costs not included in its calculation, such as swaps, slippage, withdrawal fees, and currency conversion, may materially affect the amount you pay. Examples and captured screenshots can reflect a past state rather than current terms.

Verify important information directly with the relevant broker and regulator, including the legal entity that would serve you. If you find an error, contact us with the relevant page and supporting source. We may correct or update research without changing these Terms.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, the original text, design, software, graphics, and other original material created for BrokerVS belong to their respective rights holders. Broker names, logos, regulator material, quoted sources, and other third-party content remain subject to the rights of their owners. We do not claim ownership of underlying public facts or imply that a displayed brand endorses BrokerVS.

You may browse the Website for personal, non-commercial research and share links to its public pages. Any quotation or other reuse must respect applicable copyright law, attribution requirements, and third-party rights. Nothing in these Terms removes legally permitted quotation, fair use, fair dealing, or other statutory exceptions.

Unless permitted by law or the relevant rights holder, do not republish substantial portions of protected content, resell our original research, copy protected designs or software, remove ownership notices, or present BrokerVS content as your own or as an official broker endorsement. Contact us to discuss permission for commercial reuse.

If you believe material on the Website infringes your rights, send us the page URL, a description of the material and your rights, and sufficient contact information to assess your request. We may restrict or remove disputed material and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Use the Website lawfully and without interfering with its availability, security, or data integrity. Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access to private systems, bypass access controls or rate limits, or use automated requests at a volume that disrupts the service.

Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent or unlawful material, misuse personal data, manipulate research inputs or results to mislead people, or use the Website to promote scams or falsely claim an association with BrokerVS. Do not infringe another person’s intellectual property or other rights.

These restrictions do not prohibit activity that applicable law expressly permits. For legitimate bulk access or reuse beyond ordinary browsing, contact us to discuss an appropriate arrangement rather than attempting to bypass technical restrictions.

The public Website is intended for adults aged 18 or over. You are responsible for checking any additional age, capacity, product, or access restrictions that apply where you live. Access to a research page does not establish permission to trade a product in your jurisdiction.

Public broker research and comparison tools do not require you to create a BrokerVS trading account. These Terms do not establish a trading, custody, or brokerage relationship. If we introduce an account, subscription, or paid service, we will provide the relevant conditions before you use or purchase that feature.

When contacting us or supplying corrections, provide information you are entitled to share and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate. Do not send passwords, broker credentials, payment details, or unnecessary identity documents. We may use your message and supporting material to respond and investigate the issue, subject to the Privacy Policy and relevant rights.

Tool inputs may appear in result URLs, browser history, or links you share. Use appropriate estimates and avoid confidential information. You are responsible for reviewing what a shared URL reveals before sending it to someone else.

The Website includes links to brokers, regulators, trading platforms, and other third-party sources. These links support research and verification. A link, logo, listing, or comparison does not by itself constitute endorsement, approval, or a guarantee of the third party’s conduct.

We do not control third-party content, services, privacy practices, security, or account terms. Review the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy policy before sharing information or entering a transaction. Any account, payment, trade, or dispute with a broker is a matter between you and that broker, subject to your applicable rights.

Do not assume that a broker listing is paid, or that it is independent of commercial relationships, solely because the broker appears on the Website; read any disclosure associated with the content.

A commercial relationship is not a guarantee of suitability, quality, or investment performance. Risk warnings, source information, and the need to verify current broker terms remain relevant regardless of how content is funded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that information is complete, error-free, or always current, that access will be uninterrupted, or that a comparison will meet your particular needs or produce a financial return.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the Website. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for a broker’s performance, account decisions, withdrawals, or fulfilment of its obligations. Any limitation applies only where it is lawful and enforceable in the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections, data-protection rights, or remedies that applicable law grants you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses or third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. Responsibility must be assessed under applicable law and in proportion to your conduct.

This provision does not require you to cover losses caused by our own fault or to waive any defence or protection available under mandatory law. It does not create an unlimited obligation to defend us or pay legal costs regardless of the circumstances.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, operating practices, or applicable requirements. We will publish the revised text with an updated date and provide additional notice or seek agreement to material changes where required by law.

Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or acceptance requirements. They do not remove rights or claims that already arose under an earlier version. If you do not agree with revised Terms, stop using the Website. Continued use is not a substitute for express agreement where the law requires it, or for separate privacy consent.

If you have a concern, you may contact the BrokerVS Team so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is not a mandatory prerequisite to exercising your rights. You may seek a remedy before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law or contact a competent regulator. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
